By purchasing from Yunlux, you agree to the following terms:
1. General Policy
All Yunlux wooden lighting products are made-to-order or semi-customized. As such, we only accept returns or refunds under specific conditions listed below.
2. Eligibility for Return or Refund
You may be eligible for a return or refund only if one of the following conditions is met:
The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
The product is incorrect (wrong item sent).
The product is significantly different from what was described on our website.
To be eligible:
You must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
You must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
⚠️ We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the claim is not supported by sufficient evidence.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are not eligible for return or refund:
Change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction (e.g. “I don’t like the color anymore”).
Incorrect installation or improper use resulting in product damage.
Product damage caused by unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or misuse.
Normal variations in wood texture, grain, or color (as wood is a natural material).
Items returned without prior authorization from Yunlux.
Orders delayed due to customs inspection or force majeure events.
Packages lost due to incorrect shipping address or phone number provided by the customer.
❗ In such cases, no refund will be issued, and Yunlux will not be held responsible.
4. Return Process
If your case meets the eligibility criteria:
Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number and evidence (photos/videos).
Our team will review your case within 2–3 business days.
If approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
You must return the product in its original condition and packaging within 10 calendar days after RMA approval.
⚠️ Unauthorized returns without an RMA will not be accepted or refunded.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our fault (e.g. wrong item, defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost or offer a prepaid return label.
If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g. change of mind, incorrect address, personal error), the customer will be responsible for:

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If a package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.
We will work with the carrier to file a claim.
If tracking shows the package was delivered to the address provided, but the customer claims non-receipt, Yunlux will not be responsible unless the shipment was insured.
